People choose 1:1 yoga for numerous reasons; whether you are unable to attend a class due to time constraints, anxiety, wish to practice on a particular area or any other reason, this needn’t stop you from enjoying all of the benefits of yoga as I am now offering 1:1 (or small group) sessions.
